Deliverability

Why do my cold emails go to spam?

Usually one of four things: missing or misconfigured authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), a cold or un-warmed mailbox, sending volume too high for the inbox’s age, or spam-trigger content and links.

Fix authentication first and confirm a clean score on mail-tester.com. Warm each mailbox over two to three weeks before real sending, keep volume to roughly 30–40 emails per inbox per day, and avoid spammy formatting. Critically, filters route to spam silently — so if replies are low, assume deliverability until you have ruled it out.
