Cold email copy

How long should a cold email be?

Short. Aim for 50–125 words — roughly three to five sentences. Senior buyers have a high pattern-recognition for filler and switch off the moment they detect it, so every sentence has to earn its place.

A workable structure: one specific observation, one sentence on the problem, one low-friction ask. If a sentence does not add new information or build relevance, cut it.
