How far apart should follow-up emails be?
Roughly every three to four days, spreading about five touches across 30 days. Too close together feels like nagging; too far apart loses the thread of context.
Vary the spacing slightly rather than sending like clockwork, and lengthen the gap before the final break-up email so it lands as a genuine close-out rather than another reminder.
