Cold email vs cold calling — which is better?
They are better together than apart. Email scales, costs little per touch, and is low-friction for the buyer to engage with on their own time. Calling creates immediate human connection and lets you handle objections live, but costs more per touch and does not scale the same way.
The strongest programmes sequence both: use email to open and to generate engagement signals, then call the prospects who are already warming up. Calling cold prospects with no prior touch is the hardest path; calling email-engaged prospects is far more productive.
